AIRSHOW ANNOUNCER - Each year, Airshow Announcer Matt Jolley generously considers donating all or a portion of his services to support one deserving US-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This is a unique opportunity for charities to benefit from Matt's expertise and passion for airshows, helping to amplify their mission and impact.
If your charity would like to be considered for this opportunity, please follow the guidelines below.
Submission Requirements:
Minimum Two-Page Submission: Provide a detailed outline of your charity, including the mission, the community or population you serve, and the impact of your work. Also please describe the event aerial events you're hosting. Please include your performer lineup, air boss, sound contractor and event sponsor marketing materials.
IRS Form 990: Include a copy of your most recent IRS Form 990 for review.
Deadline:
All submissions must be received by December 1st.
Notification:
A decision will be made, and the selected organization will be notified by the end of February.
Please Note: Matt Jolley can only choose one show per calendar year, so make sure your submission clearly communicates why your organization should be the chosen beneficiary.
Additional Information:
The selected organization will still be responsible for reimbursing all travel costs, hotel, and rental car fees, plus meeting the standard terms in Matt Jolley's contract.
